Joining the Raptors

We offer all-ages boys and girls programs in basketball, including weekly training and game day competition. We also cater to all competencies and skill levels.

The Raptors Basketball Club is part of the McKinnon Basketball Association. It provides families in the Oakleigh area with the opportunity to play basketball in one of the best local competitions in Melbourne.

There are two seasons per year – Winter and Summer. The Winter season runs from April through to the end of term 3 (Sept). The summer basketball season runs from October through to March, with a break for the whole of the Christmas holidays. We also do not play on school holidays or public holiday weekends.

There are a number of divisions in each age group to suit every standard. Teams are selected to ensure a good balance of skills, heights and appropriateness of grade. We also try to take friendships into account especially as we work to build up numbers in the club. So please bring a friend or two along with you.
